Eeva has several years of experience in energy market regulation from both the authorities’ and organizations’ perspectives. She has been involved in drafting general terms and conditions for the energy sector. In addition, she has advised both Finnish and international energy companies in for example district court and administrative court processes.
Eeva’s expertise also covers the drafting of various complex commercial contracts, and related negotiations, as well as providing comprehensive legal support for industrial plant projects. She has extensive experience working with, among others, the KSE, ABK 09, FIDIC, YSE, and other domestic and international general contract terms for consulting and construction projects. Eeva also assists our clients with assignments related to public procurement.
